I am quite excited about the 2014-2015 school year. My focus this school year will be to assist my students with improving their COMPASS scores so as to enhance their chances for success in a post-secondary institution of higher learning. The administration has been most supportive and encouraging of this focus which I have based upon classroom based assessments and progress monitoring.   All of my students will be working towards mastery of their goals in their Individual Educational Plans. Lesson plans are based upon individual objectives towards meeting these goals. 

 

I have thirty-five years experience in the field of special education. Special education is my passion. I tell my students I learn something new everyday. Believe me when I say "there is never a dull moment".
